Bonjour Paris! Here we come

photo of the Eiffel Tower in ParisThe lovely-lovely D has won us a fully paid ticket to Paris for two for a week. This also includes a stay at the Accor group of hotels in Paris for a week. GRATIS!!! Oh My God! We’re so ecstatic. I can’t even start to tell you… there’ll be more updates soon. The only pressing need is that we need to avail it by the end of this calendar year and we’re both extremely busy but hey you can never be too busy to take a free luxury ride to La Pari!

Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

Looking forward to our little outing tonight.. hopefully a nice meal at the Thai Tha Poh and then onto the cute little Theatre at the Belvoir St Theatre — “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” This would be quite the walk down memory lane for me given I lived all those years in Surry Hills and walk down Belvoir street almost everyday…

The ease of being closer to the city, shopping, more shopping, and the pleasure of inundated outings at anytime and proximity to public transport made my stay at Surry Hills quite fun memorable and extremely spontaneous… I was almost never home. Moving to the Bushland shire, not that I exactly regret living in a big house, would have tamed me a bit but it hasn’t been all that successful. Nothings changed over time… but those years back in Surry were a lot of fun.
