After what seemed like a long break I seem to be getting into my Photography hobby again. The backlogs from previous photography trips are a bit intimidating. I have put aside a lot of photos taken over the last 3-4 years majorly as ‘will do later’. Digital darkroom processing is fun but not when you have over 10,000 photos to play with. I am not saying they are all ‘keeper’ shots but you know what I mean. And as with most things the more you use it the more you learn and I have learnt a lot in some areas of Photography and like every other thing you go through phases when you take a lot of photos and when you don’t. Seems like I am coming out of one. Part reason again goes to my Macintosh. They show you what you can really do with graphics. I have been processing some images on my powerbook and they are really vivid and clear and the processing very efficient (compared to Windows).
I am still recovering from the flu I had and while its almost gone there is that funny feeling when my head feels all heavy and legs weak. Not that it gets very cold down in Sydney but where we live 2 degrees C is common at night in the peak in winter …and the wind factor makes up for rest to give you a real chill. Yesterday I decided to take a few shots. Here is one from yesterdays shoot. I am not too sure of the name of this flower. It doesn’t quite seem to be an Anemone, though I very clearly remember planting Anemones down this part of the backward.
