Motion Trail

Capturing motion trails can be fun but they test your patience at time! And yes it is a bit of a numbers game too — bit like Russian Roulette (Русская рулетка). We went for a nice long walk after dinner tonight. This was the result after experimenting a bit. A 21 second frame followed by a blank frame to reduce noise. Alright if you haven’t already noticed… the lanes on the left and heading away from where I stood. While the ones on the right are oncoming traffic from two different spots.

This one below was taken a few days earlier on my walk back from work. The yellow fuzz is a bus zooming past. From the overpass even the slightest speed feels like a gusty torrent!
