Ribs and Rumps experience

When was your last Ribs and Rumps experience? Well ours was almost a year back… a special treat from D when I had arrived back from my US sojourn.

We sat in their cute retro booth and eat like two happy little mudlarks gnawing every bit of morsel. It was finger licking good. D’lish! And despite making many mock promises to go there for another monsterous meal we just haven’t enough time to do it. Tonight we are meeting the lovely Marisa and I bet it will be another gorgeous night out with steak knives and live stock in mouth. Roll on Ribs and Rumps.

  1. What a teeeeeeze! I’m so excited about tonight. My last Ribs and Rumps experience would be at least 6 years ago now — and I can still recall the amazing RIBS! SEE YOU SOON!! Don’t forget the beer!

  2. Can’t wait… they are the best I tell ya. I did try Hog’s Breath ages back somewhere out west(scary!)… but nothing comes close to Ribs and Rumps… ah… ripper mate!

Harry, this is almost next door to Claypot! Another yummm!!!

  3. Hmmm now do I go the Ribs or do I go the Rump? Such a tough decision – I think I’ll go both!

  4. Well I’m going ribs and I’m going to wear a BIB! Yeah! wooo hooo!!

  5. hmmm well the word piglet comes to mind…which brings me back to …baby back ribs…!!! Amit don’t forget to scratch

  6. hahaha, thats our Amy :) Hog’s Breath is ok, but they charge you for every single extra, hope this one doesn’t.

  7. well now you’re just being a pig…which brings to mind BBQ pork with special BBQ sauce!!!!

  8. An hour to go! Yippie!

I don’t want french fried potatoes, red ripe tomatoes
    I’m never satisfied
I want the frim fram sauce
With oss-en-fay with sha fafa on the side

I don’t want pork chops and bacon
That won’t awaken, my appetite inside
I want the frim fram sauce
With oss-en-fay with sha fafa on the side

  9. Of course not… its just about my inner man :)

We had so much fun last night and also went to Beloroma for Mortal Sin and coffee, such a north shore institution. Man o man… so much food and so little time!
