Don’t you think this is a sign that I should buy the app? I played against the computer on ‘Intermediate mode’. My score: 503, Computer 201. But it did take me some time to get there. I’ve always liked Scrabble as a kid and used to play a bit in school and Uni days. The last time we played was in May 2006 at Halong Bay on the cruise. Just not often enough but this could possibly help!

The poor computer you were playing against! I know how competitive you are when it comes to Scrabble – game on.
I think you should buy the app
Well one does try
and thanks for the positive feedback. I think I should too
Coumarin? Gentoo? Did you know those words? Or is that a picture of a scrabble board that you found somewhere? I lose interest after about 3 minutes and volunteer to make tea. I’m not trying to pretend I’m not competitive, I just have a thing about scrabble – all those insane 2 letter words in the scrabble dictionary, for example. My daughter wins almost every game – I should introduce you.
I questioned those words with Amit as well Pam. It seems very much like someone had a dictionary on hand!
Amit – please use the word Gentoo in a sentence.
Like a tall gentoo Amit walked away from the conversation, cold and somewhat miffed.
You’re all too jelous of my vocabulary. Didn’t you tell the dictionary eating story from my childhood to Pam?
Do you see that David? Goobledegook. Tall and something walking off into the distance – before we ask more difficult questions. Ha!
coumarin = a kind of chemical
gentoo = a kind of penguin
